BABYPOLAR

Cookie Policy

Cookies in Plain Terms

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser so it can remember things between pages and visits. BabyPolar keeps its use of them light: the calculators themselves need no cookies to run, because they work entirely in your browser. The cookies that do appear fall into three groups.

Essential

A small number of cookies keep the site working — remembering a preference you set, keeping a form secure, or handling a newsletter sign-up. These can’t easily be turned off without breaking basic functions, and they don’t track you around the web.

Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to see which guides and tools are useful — for example, which winter-safety article gets read most — so we can improve them. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you.

Advertising (Google AdSense)

BabyPolar is free because it is ad-supported. We use Google AdSense, and Google and its partners may set cookies to measure ad performance and, unless you opt out, to personalise the ads you see based on your browsing. These are set by Google, not by us.

Controlling Cookies

You have several ways to manage cookies:

Blocking some cookies may stop parts of the site working as intended, but the calculators will still run in your browser.
