Contact BabyPolar
BabyPolar is a small, independent, ad-supported site — there is no call centre standing by, but a real person reads everything that arrives at support@babypolar.com.
This address is genuinely useful for a few things: a calculator that gave you a result you think is off (tell us which one — the layering guide, winter car-seat checker, room temperature & TOG guide, snowsuit size calculator, sleep-sack TOG calculator, or outdoor time-limit calculator— and what you entered); a tool you wish existed for getting a baby through winter; an out-of-date fact or broken link in the blog, learn section, or the Winter Baby Museum; or a bug in how a page looks on your device.
There’s no fixed response time to promise and no live chat — email is read and handled as it comes in. And one thing this address can’t be: a source of medical advice. If your question is about your own baby’s health, warmth, or safety — whether they are dressed right, a car-seat installation, or an outing in extreme cold — your pediatrician, health visitor, or a certified child-passenger-safety technician can give you an answer specific to your child, which this site cannot.
Before writing in about a result, it can help to double-check the numbers you entered — a temperature, a height, or an age is the usual source of a surprising answer. If it still looks wrong after that, that’s exactly the kind of message worth sending.
