    Not even a single episode of morning sickness, which I thought would be a given. I’ve been able to enjoy my food, eat as much as I want, and not feel like I need to make any drastic changes to my diet. This has made a huge difference in my overall well-being and happiness. I’ve been able to maintain my pre-pregnancy weight, which I was determined to do, and I feel like I’m not missing out on any essential nutrients. This has also given me the confidence to try new recipes and experiment with different flavors, which I wouldn’t have done otherwise.
